After years of retail experience, I knew how to hire, buy product, display, and all the other “things”; however buying fixtures for a store was another matter. What was available? What should I use? How much would it cost? These questions would all be answered by you in your patient and professional manner.

APPEAL OF DESIGN:   After viewing Pan America’s catalog, I was convinced that all of the options of fixtures and design would be available.
ATTENTION TO DETAIL:   You and your crew actually brought to my attention several key things in the store design that made a real difference in appearance and practicality.
ACCEPTANCE OF DEADLINE:  I’m thrilled to report that there were NO DELAYS with Pan American. The crew who did the on-site work was efficient and enjoyable. By enjoyable I mean that they were pleasant to work with and expressed that they were there to serve me. The day the truck arrived with the fixtures was amazing! Fixtures were unloaded and placed exactly where they were designated to go…all in one day!
APPRECIATION FOR DOLLARS:   No doubt one of the bottom line concerns of a new business owner is the dollars. I had given Dan a budgeted figure using very conservative ideas for the type of fixtures I could use.   Unbelievably, Dan called me and informed me that he could use nice wooden gondolas for books instead of the metal gondolas I had selected. Not only did it look great…it still met my budget.
Your dedication in helping me open our store has been greatly appreciated.
